Weekend In Sioux Falls
Sheila and I spent an awesome weekend relaxing with my sister Kristi in Sioux Falls. We shopped, discovered new restaurants, and enjoyed Spa Day on Sunday. We had lots of girl talk and giggles. And have any of you ever been with Sheila during SUPER BOWL? OMG that girl can yell! Tim was wonderful and kept the kids busy ice fishing and sledding at home on the lake. Thanks Honey. Thanks to Kristi & Justin for their hospitality too!

Yeah, it really was an awesome weekend! I ran tonight and felt really good! Must have been the yoga. How about yoga Tuesday at 4:00? If we don't get an ice storm!!!
