Celine's Band and Chorus concert.

The Sisseton Middle School had their Christmas Concert Tuesday. The 6th grade has 4o band members and did a fantastic job performing together in band and chorus. The 7th and 8th Graders performed seperately. (they have roughly 40 students combined) I believe Celine played a variety of cymbals, xylophone, the triangle, and the tree during the band performance. Wow! She was a busy gal! It was really fun for me/us to see her in both Chorus and Band since I never was too involved in that area of my education and admit to still not being able to read a note! She is growing up as you can see below.

A Baking we will go!

Well the Azure house was full of warm sugary smells last weekend. The kids and I baked 15 dozen cutout cookies for next weeks cookie exchange we will be hosting. Then Monte and Tim wanted homemade donuts and Celine had Fudge on the mind. Somehow we managed to get them all made and taste tested! It is definitely feeling like Christmas around here! Yummy! Yea, Monte's favorite part of making cut out cookies is the end when he gets to drive his trucks in the flour!
