Well we've had two weeks in a row where we've only had 3 days of school! It storms all weekend and into Monday leaving us cleaning up Tuesday! Insane! But we are surviving! The kids and I play games, bake, and drive one another crazy! Tim moves snow, more snow, and brings us movies from town! :D! Monte packing hats and guns!

California
Well considering it STORMS every weekend you would think I'd keep this Blog up-dated! Let me catch you up over the past month and a half. The last week of January the kids and I flew out to San Diego for work and pleasure. We left on a Sunday but of course this is the Winter from NoWhere and that weekend we had an ice storm hit that left us without Electricity! Needing warm water and electricity we packed up and spent one night in Fargo before heading out to California.
Tim made it home safely Sunday afternoon to only experience STILL no electricity and the second round of the storm. It continued to SNOW and BLOW all day Monday causing no school both Monday and Tuesday. (good for the kids) Wednesday afternoon he had power on again. I was going crazy texting him telling him he'd have to take everything out of the freezer! It all turned out ok! :)
The kids and I enjoyed much nicer weather in California. WE of course went to the beach as much as possible. It wasn't cold to the little South Dakotans! While I worked and stayed at the hotel Tuesday-Thursday Auntie Brenda took them to the Zoo, movie, and Sea World. They enjoyed every moment! Friday we biked all over Cornado, took the ferry to the Pier and did some sight seeing. We/They did a lot in five days. Brenda and Gene were fabulous host as you all can imagine. Celine and Monte had a blast riding bikes in the neighborhood, (all that concrete) hanging out with Blake, going to the park and meeting new friends. They played hard in California and are becoming quite the little travelers!
And yes, I had a productful conference!

Visiting Baby "G"
OK, I know this post is way delayed. It's already Feb. 17th and we were down in Sioux Falls about a month ago. The kids and I visited Kristi, Georgia, and Justin. Georgia is getting so big. WE had fun making her laugh and watching her roll and try to crawl. We just had a quick visit to get our Georgia fix since we missed them all over Christmas.
